Rice
21.4% Increases on Yield
Time:
- 2024
Location:
- Apna Khet Training Center, Bihar, India.
Details:
- Researcher: Dr. Aalok Kumar
- Product tested: The Kyminasi Crop Booster (KCB).
- Crop: Rice
- Irrigation type: Floods
Results:
- Yield increase: 25 quintals/acre with KPCB vs. 20.6 quintals/acre forcontrol (+21%).
- Healthier crop: KPCB plots showed greener foliage and diseaseresistance.
- Weed suppression: Significantly fewer weeds without herbicides.
- Improved growth: More robust roots, stems, tillers, and panicles.
- Enhanced efficiency: Better water use and nutrient uptake.
Higher Yield, Lower Fertilizer
Time:
- October 2024
Location:
- Experimental field of Lovely Professional University,
Phagwara, Punjab, India
Details:
- Scientist: : Prof. Chandra Mohan Mehta
- Crop Variety: Rice variety PR 126 (123-day duration)
- Sowing Method: Nursery Transplanting
- Irrigation Method: Alternate Wetting & Drying (AWD) method
- Product Tested: The Kyminasi Crop Booster (KCB)
Results:
- Soil Parameters: K2a showed improved soil conditionscompared to the conventional plot, with higher soil pH (+7%),lower EC (–8%), and increased soil carbon (+12%) and nitrogen(+14%).
- Yield: K2a produced a 3.6% higher yield than the conventionalplot while reducing fertilizer use by 10%, whereas K2b achieveda slightly higher yield than conventional with a 25% fertilizerreduction
