The Kyminasi® Crop Booster was installed in December 2019 on 4 acres of blueberries at Hortifruit in Peru, one of the largest blueberry producers in the world. At Harvest Harmonics we are extremely proud to announce the results of one of our latest international case studies, a 2024 rice field trial in Nepal that delivered exceptional yield gains using the Kyminasi Plants – Crop Booster™ (KPCB). The trial, conducted under real farmer conditions and overseen by Dr. Uprety, demonstrates the power of Organically Managed Genetics (OMG) in action.

The results are clear: rice grain yield increased by 76% per hectare compared to standard farmer practice

Trial Conducted Under Real-World Conditions

The trial was carried out during the 2024 growing season using Kisan Basmati rice, one of the region’s most important varieties.

  • Location: Nepal (26°30’53″N, 87°17’27″E)

  • Elevation: 87 meters

  • Planting Date: June 29, 2024

  • Harvest Date: October 19, 2024

  • Treated Area: 500 m² (0.12 acre)

  • Control Area: 500 m² (0.12 acre)

Irrigation followed normal local practice, relying on flood irrigation from groundwater and rainfall, with only four irrigation cycles during dry periods. Aside from the application of Kyminasi Plants – Crop Booster™, all agronomic practices remained unchanged.

Standout Agronomic Performance

From mid-season onward, the KPCB-treated rice showed visibly stronger growth and structure compared to the control field. At harvest, the numbers confirmed what was already evident in the field.

The increase in yield was driven primarily by a 33% increase in panicle density per hill, a highly efficient genetic response by the plant.

Rather than forcing unnatural changes, the rice plants made a smart genetic decision. Instead of increasing grains per panicle, the crop optimized its structure by producing more panicles, each carrying slightly fewer grains. This resulted in:

Transformando la Industria de la Palma en Colombia con Kyminasi Plants Crop Booster™
